Web Analytics Italia is the national platform that allows administrations to collect and analyse statistical data on the traffic of their websites and digital services.

This is the National Index of Digital Domiciles, i.e. the certified electronic addresses of natural persons, professionals and other private law entities not required to be registered in professional registers, lists or business registers.

If the feedback mechanism does not provide a satisfactory response, the citizen may submit a report to the Digital Ombudsman as a second instance.

This feature allows any citizen to report directly to the administration any accessibility problems he or she encounters on websites or applications. The reporting modalities are indicated in the accessibility statement.

By 31 March each year, public administrations must notify AgID of the accessibility objectives for the current year and the state of implementation of the remote working plan. They must use a form provided by AgID.

This is the tool through which administrations and some private parties make public the accessibility status of each website and mobile application they own. A special form must be filled in and sent by 23 September each year.
