Categories and sources of personal data and purposes of processing
- Browsing data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The processing of such data is necessary for the technical management of the website.
- Personal data provided: AgID processes the email provided by the user when contacting the technical support service, as well as any other personal data freely provided within the same email.
- Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis of the processing is the performance of tasks of public interest connected to the exercise of the public powers of the Agency, pursuant to Article 14-bis of Legislative Decree 82/2005, as amended.
Categories of recipients of personal data
The Agency processes personal data autonomously through its own staff and by technical and telematic service providers. No transfer to third countries or international organisations is foreseen.
Data retention period
Navigation logs are retained for a maximum period of one year. Personal data acquired through contact addresses are processed for the time necessary for the requested response and then deleted.
User rights
Data subjects have the right to obtain from AGID access to their personal data, their rectification or deletion, the restriction of their processing, the right to object to their processing and the right to data portability, where applicable.
Requests should be addressed to AGID, by contacting the Data Protection Officer. Without prejudice to any other administrative or jurisdictional recourse, it is the right of data subjects to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if they consider that the processing of their data violates the Regulation. AgID guarantees that there is no form of automated decision-making process with legal effects for the data subject.
