Feedback mechanism

This feature allows any citizen to report directly to the administration any accessibility problems he or she encounters on websites or applications. The reporting modalities are indicated in the accessibility statement.

Accessibility targets

By 31 March each year, public administrations must notify AgID of the accessibility objectives for the current year and the state of implementation of the remote working plan. They must use a form provided by AgID.

Declaration of accessibility

This is the tool through which administrations and some private parties make public the accessibility status of each website and mobile application they own. A special form must be filled in and sent by 23 September each year.

The Public Digital Identity System allows citizens to access online services of public administrations and private entities with a single digital identity.

Digital identity

A digital Identity guarantees all citizens a single authentication method and access to all digital services provided by public administrations and accredited private entities, both in Italy and Europe.​
