Public sector investments in Information and Communication Technology are growing from €3.8 billion in 2022 to €4.6 billion in 2023. For 2024 and 2025, expenditure is expected to exceed €5 billion. Administrations increasingly focused on innovation spending (44% of the total). Investments on cloud, cybersecurity and digitalization of services are on the rise.

Main innovations concern new operational tools available to administrations and the introduction of new themes such as the IT wallet, data quality and the dematerialisation of documents.

The meeting will provide instructions and clarifications for the publication of data with regard to licences and metadata quality.
