  1. Guidelines on the technical interoperability of public administrations

    This is a set of guidelines on the technologies and standards that should be adopted for the implementation of IT systems in public administrations.

  2. Guidelines on the Technology Infrastructure of the National Digital Data Platform

    AgID adopts guidelines defining the technological standards and the criteria of security, accessibility, availability and interoperability for the management of the Platform (PDND).

  3. Guidelines Technologies and standards for the security of interoperability through APIs of information systems

    These guidelines identify the appropriate technologies to authenticate the entities involved and to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the data transferred when the IT systems of the administration and the IT systems of private entities interact through an API.

  4. Guidelines on the Telematic Access Point to Public Administration Services

    These guidelines apply to digital identity managers, qualified trust service providers, PagoPA S.p.A. and the entities that must implement them to make their services available on the network.
