Appointment on 11 December 2018 at 11.00, in the Pirelli Room of AGID, for the "e-Procurement: Strategic Lines and Evolutions" workshop, during which the strategic lines and the results of the "European Single Procurement Document" project will be presented "(ESPD) to public administrations, small and medium-sized enterprises and operators interested in procurement activities and tender negotiations.
The national e-Procurement system is an essential lever for the economic development of the country and the promotion of the single market. The project, funded by the European Commission and coordinated by AgID, was created with the aim of implementing the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in a structured XML format.
The purpose was to establish a common and interoperable format for all contracting authorities and economic operators operating within the electronic public procurement system of the Member States, in accordance with the “Guidance on Public Procurement of Innovation”, laying down the European Directives 2014/25 / EU, 2014/24 / EU, 2014/23 / EU and the "Code of public contracts" (Legislative Decree No. 50/2016).
Among the project partners: the National Anti-Corruption Authority, CONSIP, Intercent-ER, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and Union of Chamber of Commerce. The event is an opportunity to discuss the adoption of the ESPD, as a tool to reduce the documentary and economic burden on the participants in the tender procedures. Thus, it facilitates participation in the procedures for awarding public contracts, in the light of the European Single Market, and the simplification of verification procedures by contracting authorities.
