The Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) has launched its redesigned institutional portal, offering a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for citizens, public administrations and businesses. The redesigned website features improved navigation, easier access to information and a wide range of resources to support Italy's digital transformation journey.

A simplified user experience

With an intuitive layout and architecture, the new site prioritises user needs. The homepage provides a comprehensive overview of AgID's activities, while dedicated sections present the main areas of intervention, guidelines and NRP projects. The site also offers an archive of training materials, including videos and webinars. These provide users with tools to improve their digital skills.

Focus on accessibility

Accessibility remains a cornerstone of the new website, to ensure that all users can interact with the content without problems. The site adheres to WCAG 2.1 standards and incorporates the accessibility guidelines established by AgID. Further accessibility improvements are planned in the coming weeks.

Continuous improvement and user feedback

AgID is committed to continuous improvement and welcomes user feedback to refine the website experience. Feedback can be submitted via the form at the bottom of each page or by emailing comunicazione@agid.gov.it.
