Document “REM SERVICES - Criteri di adozione degli standard ETSI - Policy IT” updated to version 2.0.

Following the publication of new versions of the ETSI REM standards and the publication of the eIDAS 2.0 regulation, the working group coordinated by AgID, with the active participation of the CEM Managers, Uninfo and Assocertificatori, updated the document ‘REM SERVICES - Criteri di adozione degli standard ETSI - Policy IT’ to version 2.0, incorporating its contents.

The document represents the Italian Community's contribution to the development of eIDAS-compliant Qualified Electronic Registered Delivery Services.

In addition, this document is equipped with examples drawn up by Santino Foti from Infocert, concerning the formats to be adopted in communications.

Published an updated version of the Interoperability Specification INI ver. 2.4.1. which incorporates some requests for clarification regarding the changes made with this version and corrects some typos.

The new version can be consulted in the technical area of the Electronic Health Record portal.

The new technical rules relating to Open ID Connect (OIDC) for SPID and CIE are available on the docs.italia.it website.

OpenID Connect is the authentication standard currently used by almost all modern web and mobile applications in the private world, characterized by high levels of flexibility and security, simplicity of implementation and effective interoperability.

The new rules allow a further step towards the technical and process convergence of the two digital identity systems, with a view to greater simplification for the actors who have to implement them.

The roadshow to showcase the results of the "eInvoicing GO regional" (eIGOR) project to public administrations, small and medium enterprises and software companies, has been launched

The project, funded by the European Commission and coordinated by AgID, was born with the aim of harmonising the national electronic invoicing system to the European standard, according to the directive 2014/55/EU on e-Invoicing in public procurement which makes it mandatory for all European public administrations to accept e-Invoices conformant to the EU standard starting from March 2019.

The scheduled meetings are as follows:

22/3/2018 Thursday 15.00 - 17.00 Rome: event organized by Unioncamere at the Sala Sabbatini and addressed to national business associations;
28/3/18 Wednesday 16.00 - 18.00 Bolzano: event organized by Unioncamere in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano at Palazzo Mercanti, addressed to small and medium enterprises;
04/04/18 Wednesday 10.30 - 13.00 Bari: an event organised by Unioncamere in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Bari, addressed to small and medium enterprises;
05/04/18 Thursday 10.30 -13.30 Milan: event organized by Infocert at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia;
16/04/18 Monday 14.30 - 17.30 Rome: event organized by AgID, at its headquarters (Room B1) and addressed to Italian PEPPOL Service Providers;
17/04/18 Tuesday 10.30 - 13.00 Perugia: event organized by Unioncamere in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Perugia and addressed to small and medium enterprises;
18/04/18 Wednesday 10.30 - 13.00 Turin: event organized by Uniocamere in collaboration with the Turin Chamber of Commerce at Torino Incontra Congress Center;
19/04/18 Thursday 10.30 - 13.30 Rome: event organized by AgID at its headquarters (room B) and addressed to central public administrations, regions, metropolitan cities and municipalities;
19/04/18 Thursday 14.30 - 17.30 Rome: event organized by AgID at its headquarters (Room B) and addressed to Associations representing software companies.
